Upcoming Event:
Room Cleaning
-we will be cleaning rooms of CVHS teachers. We will be also collecting donations that goes to CV Relay for Life. This is a perfect opportunity for those who are participating in Relay for Life because the donations made will benefit you towards you're $100 goal.
When: 10am-2pm Friday, June 12
Where: CVHS
We'll be updating you guys soon about Relay for Life meetings.

PAINT THE TOWN PURPLE for Relay!
We painted our SCHOOL purple on May 8, 2009. We wore purple to help raise awareness about cancer and Relay for Life!

DONATE YOUR HAIR -- Our club partnered with local salon Stacy Monroe's, asking participants to cut their hair for Pantene Beautiful Lengths or Locks of Love. We even got in the local paper!
We raised a total of $1,056.31 for DAFFODIL DAYS
We folded 3,000 CRANES to be hung up at the Oakland Kaiser Hospital
Our contest to Save Lids to Save Lives raised 2,537 pink Yoplait yogurt lids, 547 from the winning class alone!
Our ART CONTEST at CVHS challenged artists to creatively speak out against smoking (click here to see some of the entries)
